This realization led to a major pivot for our company. We knew that in order to make our clients look like Rock Stars in the new normal, we had to become more than just a creative company. We needed to become a creative and logistics company.
The transition was not easy. We had to learn quickly all the aspects of warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping. We had to understand the nuances of different regions, customs regulations, and shipping methods. We had to set up new systems and processes to ensure that our client’s products got to where they needed to be, on time and in perfect condition.
But we did it. Today, we are proud to say that we are not just a creative company, but a full-service creative and logistics provider. We offer a wide range of services, from branded to merch, design, and creative to warehousing, kitting, fulfillment, and shipping. We have a team of experts who understand the complexities of logistics and can navigate the many challenges that come with it.
