Techstars, a company that helps accelerate the growth of start up businesses, was outgrowing its ability to put together and deliver welcome kits to businesses entering their accelerator programs. Techstars asked Ideation to design, create, store, kit, and ship out full custom kits all over the world.
Solution
Ideation is equipped with a fully integrated fulfillment program that tracks inventory in and out. Techstars had us create shirts, hoodies, stickers, Moleskine® journals, pens, books, and even customized boxes. After each component was produced, Ideation created an efficient “pick and pull” environment in our warehouse to accurately kit and ship. We use inventory control procedures to accurately manage incoming and outgoing inventory so that reordering is simple and accurate.
